Attorneys

Thank you for considering hiring me as your lawyer. I know how important it is to have a strong personal and professional client-attorney relationship. A successful outcome in any litigation matter begins with trust. Learning more about me is the first step.

I was born on Long Island in New York, but I am not an East Coast lawyer. After high school, I had the wonderful opportunity to attend Louisiana State University (LSU) in Baton Rouge on a gymnastics scholarship, and our team earned second place in the national tournament in 1976. Following graduation, I attended law school at LSU, where I was the president of the Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity and a member of the second-place national F. Lee Bailey Moot Court Team.

During my college and law school years, I came to realize that central Louisiana is my home. I began my professional law career at Neblett, Beard & Arsenault in Alexandria in 1989, where I remained for 23 years before deciding to start my solo practice law firm. I am admitted to practice in all of the state and federal courts in Louisiana as well as the United States Court of Federal Claims and Supreme Court of the United States.
